Pumpkins and Pies

We all took a trip to the pumpkin patch today to pick out some perfect pumpkins!

Hmm...a beautiful field of orange.

Caught in mid-derp head shake in the hay bales.

This is my new friend Phil. He's an ass.

Alright, where's my cider?

Dad's birthday is tomorrow so Mom made her first homemade apple pie for him! Boy, does it smell scrumptious!

Topped with cheddar cheese for Dad, ice cream for Mom.
I even got to nosh on some apple slices!

  1. So fun! I hope you picked a good pumpkin!

  2. ooooh, pumpkins! How fun is that?

  3. Oh yum yum! You are so lucky you got to go to the pumpkin patch!

  4. Dear Charlemagne,

Your post made a loud laugh sound come out of my person's mouth. Why is this? What's so funny about your new friend the ass?

I do not know what I am going to be for Halloween. I generally do not like this time - there are too many scary things. But I am intrigued by this idea of doing tricks to get treats. I do many tricks, so hopefully I will get many treats!

What are you going to be for Halloween?

The crisp fall leaves smell and sound great, don't they? They're also wonderful to roll in, if you haven't tried that yet. Oh, and the Rake! Have your people brought that out yet? It's really good for chasing.

Fall is indeed a great time of year. Enjoy your fist one! (This is my fifth!!)

  5. Happy Birthday to your Dad and what a yummy looking pie. I hope you got a nice pumpkin.

  6. fun, fun, fun... happy halloween to you, hope it is super treatfilled
